Artists for Reparations is a new model for artists and collectors to directly support Black organizations and individuals.

Artists for Reparations is intended as a way of connecting artists and collectors that allows artists to raise money for an organization, charity, or project that is Black-led and directly supports Black people. We host and promote pieces for auction and facilitate in whatever way we can.
Artists choose a piece that they would like to sell and who they would like fundraise for. We facilitate and promote the sale on our Instagram. Their work is sold by auction, with 100% of the proceeds going to the organization of their choice.
At the closing of the auction, the buyer is connected with the artist, and neither money nor the artwork itself passes through our organization.

For Artists
Anyone is welcome to submit work for auction! We encourage creativity in how you auction the work, whether it be a completed piece, a custom piece for the buyer, or multiples of an edition to more than one winner.
For a better idea of what kind of pieces have been auctioned and for what prices, check out the instagram.
You can choose any organization or project that has Black leadership and supports Black people. It is not required that the money be raised for a charity, it can be a project or Black individual, nor is it a requirement that the project be art related. We have plenty of recommendations!
